Click below for the worksheet you need to complete. You and your team must create a test on food chains and food webs. This test will need to incorporate several components, including:

 

• at least 5 multiple choice questions with at least 4 answer choices.

• at least 5 true or false questions.

• at least 5 fill in the blank questions.

• at least 2 short answer questions.

• at least 1 question that allows students to apply their knowledge.

• The test should add up to 100 points in all.

• The test can have extra credit, if you'd wish, but it cannot add up to more than 5 points.

• Please include an answer key with your test. 

• Don't forget to put your name and your teammates' names on the test as well.
